• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its servers.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the App.

4.3 Prohibited Content
You agree not to submit User Content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of any third party.
• Contains viruses or other harmful software.

5. Privacy

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
